Introduction : 
1. In proteomic research, to protect protein samples from degradation is one of a critical issue to get right- and high-quality data, especially in several protein expression experiments. As a result, it is needed to add protease inhibitor in your samples.Proteinase Inhibitor is an well-optimized mix of six type of protease inhibitors cocktail, which is containing:  
AEBSF : a serine protease inhibitor 
Bestatin : an aminopeptidase inhibitor 
E-64 : a cysteine protease inhibitor 
Leupeptin : a cysteine, serine and threonine inhibitor 
Aprotinin : a trypsin type inhibitor  
Pepstatin : A: a aspartyl proteases inhibitor

2. Specifically, it is already solute designated buffer, therefore ready to use and never worry how to solute them. Dilute 100x in whole cell lysis buffer for general use. 

3. Proteinse inhibitor without any metal chelator.

Caution :
1. Please avoid mixing Proteinse inhibitor with strong acid or basic solutions. 
2. Please wear gloves and goggles to avoid skin-contact before operation.
