Compare to other substrates, ECL Solution provides more higher sensitivity, long lasting luminance emission, and more linear reactionship in your experiments. ECL Solution is highly compatible with any other HRP based detection methods, such as Western blot, dot plot, or protein array, whether in PVDF, nylon or nitrocellulose membranes in most commonly used buffer solutions.
