GenScript Purified Human IgG (Whole Molecule) Control is purified from normal human serum through Protein G chromatography.
GenScript Purified Human IgG (Whole Molecule) Control can be used as control, standard, blocking agent, or coating protein in a variety of assays, including ELISA, immunobloting (Western and Dot blots), immunoprecipitation, immunodiffusion, and immunoelectrophoresis. It may also be used as antigen or ligand in immunochemical conjugation reactions.
