Description : 
Prestain Protein Marker is a mixture of 10 recombinant, highly purified colored proteins. Eight of the 10 proteins ranging in apparent molecular weight from approximately 10 kDa to 180 kDa are coupled with a blue chromophore. A 75 kDa protein is coupled with an orange dye and a 28 kDa protein is coupled with green dye are serving as a reference band. The protein concentrations are optimised to yield well-defined bands directly visible in SDS-polyacrylamid gels.The marker is well suited for monitoring of Western transfer efficiency (1-3).

This enzyme is supplied in 20 mM Tris-HCl , pH8.0 , 100mMNaCl, 0.1mM EDTA , 0.5mM DTT , 1%Triton X-100 , 50% glycerol.
