Lambda DNA/Hind III Markers are prepared by digesting Lambda DNA with the restriction enzyme Hind   III, followed by heat-inactivation of the enzyme. The markers comprise eight DNA fragments ranging in size from 125bp to 23,130 bps. The markers are suitable for size and quantitative analysis of linear double-stranded DNA fragments.
