TAE Quick gel have agarose already mixed in with the TBE buffer at a 0.5X concentration. Just add water , Microwave the solution. This unique product is not only easy to use, but also provides excellent clarity and low background for optimal electrophoresis results. Also available as a TBE Quick gel.

Application : 

DNA Gel electrophoresis is usually performed for analytical purposes, often after amplification of DNA via PCR, but may be used as a preparative technique prior to use of other methods such as, RFLP, PCR, cloning, or Southern blotting for further characterization.
